The main technical parameters of the line in the production of rebar and flexible connections:
- the average performance of fittings with a diameter from 4 to 20 mm is 10,000 p. m. in 24 hours;
- flexible connection capacity 11,520 pcs / day (8 pieces per minute);
- the line produces rebar with a periodic profile in one stream, the rebar body is wound immediately from the factory bobbin with assembled roving;
- the line produces in 1(one) stream of flexible ties.

Line Features:
- For the production of composite reinforcement and flexible connections;
- The pulling mechanism is a track, shoes, made of polyurethane. The mechanical system of clamping the tracks provides high pulling characteristics;
- A four-channel polymerization furnace with a length of 8 meters, the use of imported thermoregulators allows step-by-step heating. The presence of PID control allows the furnace to operate in the most optimal mode. The operating temperature of the furnaces is up to 350 gr. s. Heating elements are made of stainless steel, which significantly increases the service life and reduces energy consumption. The inner surface of the furnace is equipped with a mirror stainless reflector. It is insulated with heat-insulating materials, this allows to exclude deformation of the furnace structure. - The heating system of the epoxy-polymer binder in the impregnation bath increases the lifetime of the finished mixture. With the ability to adjust the temperature;
- The line is equipped with a roving preheating system. With the possibility of temperature adjustment;
- The rollers and guides that are in direct contact with the reinforcing rod during the production process are made of fluoroplast. Which makes it easy to clean them from the resin;
- Adjustment of the step of the periodic profile on the operator panel;
- The volume of the epoxy resin bath is 8 liters;
- Quick replacement of the bath for epoxy-polymer binder;
- The line is equipped with a liquid cooling system with a circulation pump. with round-the-clock operation of the line at an ambient temperature of up to 27 degrees per room;
- High-precision pulse counter for counting the footage of finished products of flexible bonds to maintain cutting accuracy +/- 1 mm;
- Cutting with pneumatic lowering and lifting of the saw, as well as fixation of passing rods, with protection against burnout of the electric motor;
- Implementation of tension when applying the rib to the main barrel of the reinforcement.
