Izhevsk plant of composite technologies "Arplastik" offers its customers equipment for the production of fiberglass and basalt-plastic reinforcement in accordance with GOST 319938-2012.
A line for the production of composite reinforcement. The line produces rebar in 1 stream, with simultaneous automatic twisting of the roving into a periodic profile for the rebar. The reinforcement body is wound immediately from the factory paper bobbin with external unwinding assembled by roving.

Characteristics:
- Track traction mechanism, tracks made of polyurethane. The mechanical spring clamping system of the tracks provides high traction characteristics;
- A four-channel polymerization furnace with a length of 8.5 meters, the use of thermoregulators allows for step-by-step heating. The presence of a PID controller allows the furnace to operate in the most optimal mode. The operating temperature of the furnaces is up to 400 °C. Stainless steel heating elements significantly increase the service life and reduce energy consumption. The heating chamber is sheathed with insulating materials, which eliminates the deformation of the furnace structure. The furnace surface is heated to 60 °C;
- The heating system of the epoxy-polymer binder in the impregnation bath increases the service life of the finished mixture;
- The line is equipped with a roving preheating system;
- The rollers and guides that are in direct contact with the reinforcing bar during the production process are made of fluoroplast;
- Step adjustment via the operator panel;
- The volume of the epoxy resin bath is 8 liters;
- The possibility of quick replacement of the bath with an epoxy-polymer binder;
- The line is equipped with a liquid cooling system with a circulation pump;
- Adjustable feed rate of the reinforcing bar through the operator panel;
- High-precision pulse counter for measuring finished products;
- setting the length of finished products via the operator panel;
- control of the number of cuts through the operator panel;
- continuous operation of flexible connections of the production line, the cutting device is equipped with guides for linear movement of the cutting block (with a return mechanism);
- There is a connector for an industrial vacuum cleaner;
- Automatic shutdown at the end of the roving twist;
- Allows you to control and set all the operating parameters of the equipment from the operator's console.
