For the production of MESH up to a width of 1000 mm.
KSP-1000 production line (it is possible to produce mesh up to 1000 mm wide with 50 mm pitch or more).
KSP-1000 production line is designed for the production of composite mesh using glass and basalt roving.

In the complete set of the line there is a track pulling, which ensures parallelism and smoothness of the course of the formation of the grid, in contrast to the gross "pulling".

Features of PCB lines:
- Mesh cell is formed as follows: transverse bar (horizontal bar) passes through the longitudinal bars, which are subsequently twisted. Due to this process, the connection is stronger than the conventional lap joint. An important difference of this line is that the transverse bar (horizontal bar) is produced immediately on the same line and is automatically fed during manufacturing of the mesh;
- It is easy to form cell sizes (50x70, 50x120, 100x50 mm) by simply pressing a button on the touchpad on the control panel. Longitudinal cell sizes have a pitch of 50 mm. Transverse cell size starts from 50 mm to 55, 60, 65, 90, 110 mm;
- To form bars with diameters from 2 to 8 mm;

The produced diameter of the bar is from 2 mm to 8 mm. The performance depends only on the cell and the bar diameter of the produced mesh.
