2. The Metering unit
Provides high-precision separate dosing of components with sampling from working reactors and feeding to the mixing device in the desired proportion with the ability to program and visualize operating parameters.

- Total capacity of the mixture (working): 0.3-1.8 (0.6-3.0), kg / min-depends on the system and nomenclature;

- Precision metering gear pump (made in EU) – 2 units with separate controls;

- Set of feed material pipelines. The material line of component A is heated;

4. The compressed air preparation Unit
Provides the required cleaning and drying of compressed air. Supplied to the pneumatic system.

The mixing device can be mounted on a rack.
6. The monitoring and control Cabinet
Provides maximum automation, reliability and ease of operation with constant monitoring and maintenance of all operating parameters and data visualization in real time on the operator panel.

1. Platform for installing transport containers with a pneumatic Elevator.

Remote access is provided by the Seller's service Department to the control system of the dosing machine via a special modem* (supplied in the package).

- remote diagnostics of work in the "on-line" mode-control and correction of work parameters, analysis of work errors.
*The customer provides a mobile operator's SIM card with Internet access or a wired network connection.
